end of the day..

So the total calorie count is...drum roll please*...558 calories. Not the 505 calories i was hoping for, but i am still happy with this. Some other things i forgot to mention in my first post was i am going to weigh myself every friday morning when i wake up, so check back to see my progress! I am really hoping to get to my first goal weight of 160lbs as soon as possible. Feel free to comment on my progress, give me any tips, or tell me about your goals so i can help :) love and skinny thoughts to all.

  1. 558 isn't that bad! Do a few sit ups or dance for 15 mins and you would have lost those calories ^^ I ended up binging and purging a pizza :( You can get a weight tracker from myfitnesspal.com and it shows your progress and how many pounds til you reach your goal. Megan Fox is a good thinspo.. I choose Tara Reid.. she is hot <3 GL hope tommorrow goes well for you too!

  2. Ya i guess it isn't that bad, it just sucks when you dont reach your goal :/. And about right after i posted this, i binged on some meat im guessing 150 calories worth :( blahh...but i just went on a 25 minute jog so im thinking i burned about 240 calories. Bringing my net calories to 468 calories which is under my goal..still I WILL NOT BINGE TOMORROW!! i have to keep telling myself that.

    Pizza is a tough thing to pass up :/ one of my favorite foods! & tara reid is definately hot. i just want to look like them!
