Day Two

Just got home from work! I absoulutely hate starting my day at 5:30 am because it just give me more time to be hungry :/ but i am going to try and push the thought of hunger out of my brain! So so far today i have eaten a peach, a small tortilla, 5small slices of cheddar cheese and 5 lowfat triskets..340 calories and its not even noon yet! -_-

My goal today is to eat a totaly of 500 calories, we will see how it goes! I know i am going to be hungry, but im just going to drink a lot of water and green tea.

  3. Tropical fruit fast is amazing. It makes you feel fuller because of the water and is a natural laxative. Frozen blueberries are my life support right now. They taste like candy :D But stay strong! Forget about the hunger and focus on being the sexy girl you will be ^^

  4. Ooh a tropical fruit fast? I will have to try it soon! frozen blueberries sound soooo good, i also heard a frozen banana tastes like ice cream :D Keep on going Veetah, you will be a skinny minnie in no time :)
