Day One

Hey everyone, so this is my first blog. I am going to try to writre something everyday if i can, maybe even twice a day. So my goal is to eat between 500 and 700 calories a day, aiming more towards 500. So far today i have eaten a medium size banana, 8 almonds, and a cup of green tea with splenda (0 calories :). My plan for the rest of the day is too eat a can of tuna with two rice cakes, a slice of swiss cheese, a salad (consisting of lettuce, tomatos, and a tsp on low fat ranch), and another rice cake. If i stick to it my total calories for the day will be 505. Letsssssgooo

  1. Good luck to you! A tip for less calories from salad dressing is.. Instead of pouring it on your salad, just dip the tip of your fork into it, that way you get the taste of the dressing without all the calories.

    I just started a liquid fast. I go for two days without eating, then on the third day I have a salad and some miso soup. Hopefully we can both reach our goals, but I have a lot longer way to go ><
